Garland Lee is a talented, board certified physician assistant at Dermatology, Laser and Surgery of Flatiron specializing in general, cosmetic, and medical dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, followed by her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro College in New York City, in addition to being named a Fulbright Scholar. She has years of experience as a physician assistant, working aside some of the Tri-State area’s top dermatologists and providing high quality care to patients seeking medical, cosmetic, general, and pediatric dermatology services.

She has experience evaluating and managing a variety of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, skin cancer, moles, scarring, and rosacea, to name a few. Additionally, she is a proud member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Erin Melley, PA

Board Certified Physician Assistant

Erin Melley, PA-C, is a highly experienced Physician Associate specializing in dermatology in New York City. She graduated cum laude from Georgetown University and completed her graduate degree at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed in New York, Erin brings more than 20 years of dermatology expertise to Dermatology, Laser and Surgery of Carnegie Hill & Flatiron, where she partners with patients to achieve and maintain healthy, radiant skin.

Erin specializes in the full spectrum of medical dermatology, with expertise in skin exams, biopsies, excisions, and the treatment of conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, acne, hair loss, and skin infections. Skin cancer screening and prevention are cornerstones of her practice. She has a passion for treating acne, and she enjoys building personalized acne regimens for her patients. She also addresses cosmetic concerns through treatments including V-Beam laser, Clear + Brilliant, and chemical peels. 

A New York native who spent much of her career in the Chicago area, Erin has returned home to New York with her family. She remains committed to staying at the forefront of her field through ongoing engagement with medical literature, dermatology podcasts, continuing education courses, and dermatology conferences.

Erin’s approach to patient care is defined by compassion, individualized treatment planning, and shared decision-making. She recognizes the profound psychosocial impact that skin conditions can have on her patients’ quality of life and brings empathy to every interaction.

Doreet Nagatti, PA-C

Doreet is a dermatology-trained physician assistant who treats a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions including acne, eczema, and psoriasis and performs skin cancer screenings.

She takes a personalized approach to care, tailoring each treatment plan to her patients’ needs and goals.

She is also highly skilled in injectables and laser treatments, combining medical expertise with a refined aesthetic eye.

Doreet earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (Worcester) and continues to stay at the forefront of dermatologic care through ongoing education.
